Frequently asked questions
Do I have to share my passwords?
No. Where the platform allows it, we receive partner or role access (e.g. via Meta Business Suite or as a LinkedIn page admin). You remain the owner of your accounts.
Is the ad budget included?
No. The €600 covers creation, planning and publishing. You pay the budget for paid ads directly to Meta, Google, LinkedIn etc. – so you keep full control.
How do I order the weekly ad?
Via the ad brief form with your order number – ideally by Wednesday for the current week. You can upload images and logos directly.
What if I don't approve a piece of content?
We show you every piece of content first. If you don't respond within the contractual period, we may publish it – but you can ask at any time that we only publish after your explicit approval.
How can I cancel?
At any time to the end of the current month – by email or using the “Verträge hier kündigen” (cancel contracts) button in the footer.
Ready for active channels?
Order the subscription online – you receive the contract and SEPA mandate immediately by email. The contract is in German.
